Gemas coffee & bistro

We were walking around on Monday 10.30am and many cafes were closed even though it’s stated open on google maps but we chanced by Gemas coffee and we love it there! It is so well decorated, clean and pleasant to drink a cup of coffee. The boss is very thoughtful to offer the sauces for our sandwich which was tasty and could have do without extra sauces! Highly recommended.

Great food and awesome atmosphere, fun and welcoming! Coffee is excellent and dishes are equally tasty and beautiful. This is THE PLACE if you need breakfast in Puerto Natales!

My favorite cafe in all of Natales. I absolutely love this place. It feels like home, every single visit is perfect. Their food is delicious, best chai tea in town (and I tried them all) and Xavier is always wearing a huge smile. Every visit greeted with a warm welcome and friendly conversation. The place is adorable, great atmosphere, plenty of seating , and they play feel good music that will have you humming along. Everything here is made with love. This is a must visit, I highly recommend Gemas Cafe.

Coffee and tea were excellent, the place was beautiful and warm coming in from a cold day and the staff were amazing and friendly. We sat at the bar and our server was Jose. I only have great things to say about him as well as the cafe. He was friendly and talked to my partner and I like old friend. Gave great suggestions on places to go. Getting to the cafe was like going into another world, it was beautiful with lots of other small shops around it.

I really love the vibes here, tables are set with flowers and serviettes. Service is fantastic, i felt really welcomed and taken care of. We ordered beef and cheese sandwich to share and it was thoughtfully served in 2 pcs.

We recently visited this cozy coffee shop, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The service was not only friendly but also impressively speedy. The shop itself is beautifully decorated. They’ve already started adding charming Christmas touches, which gave the place a festive and magical vibe that’s perfect for the season. I am usually cautiously optimistic when trying new coffee spots, but this one exceeded all my expectations. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Nice quiet cafe with good food too. The carbonara tortellini was very tasty and quite satisfying. It was a bit salty, but not too much yet and very flavorful. Ambience is like a cafe, with nice lighting, nice quiet music, free wifi, comfy enough seats, good coffee options, and some cakes and cookies too. The wifi works good They also serve breakfast, both sweets, waffles, and also eggs and avocado. There's also several sandwiches and some pastas, either carbonara, Bolognese, or Pomodoro.

A decent place with great coffee and waffles. The decor was interesting...like fancy grandma's house and a mall jewelry store. The staff was very nice and attentive. I do recommend. (PS. My wife wants me to include that the cheese was like liquid cheese whiz - this was not a problem for me.)
